New! You can now book a ‘Pre-Counselling Conversation’ with me to ask any questions that you have and ‘test the water’ of our ‘fit’ to work together (30mins / $50). There’s no obligation to continue. Two times are available weekly (11:00am Mondays & 9:45am Thursdays).

Please note: I am not a crisis counsellor. If you feel that you are in a crisis situation and require emergency assistance, you will need to seek appropriate assistance elsewhere (e.g. calling 000, crisis counselling hotlines such as Lifeline 13 11 14, emergency departments etc).
